Christian Jones was born and raised in Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom, the city that produced Bonnie Tyler, Bad finger.
He studied at the Academy of Contemporary Music in London where he excelled graduating with honors. During his time at the academy he played with Shaun Baxter, Guthrie govan, Pete frasier, Yngwie Malmsteen and Paul Gilbert to name just a few. His talent was awarded by being named student of the year.
In 2001, Christian moved to Atlanta to further his career as a recording artist. And was quickly recognised as the new kid in town that everyone was talking about… the kid with the funny accent.
Almost instantly, he was accepted as one of the hottest guitar talents in Atlanta and many of the top recording artists started demanding Christian to be selected to carry out their guitar duties as well as writing for them.
He has continued to expand his abilities by working with some of the industry’s best known artists and musicians.
Most recently, Christian features in the current season of “Braxton Family Values” reality TV show which airs every Thursday night on We TV network.
Christian is one of the hardest working guitarists in Atlanta and has worked with Mary J Blige, .Gladys Knight, Richie Sambora, The Braxtons, Bobby Brown, Monica, Outkast, Andre 3000, After 7, Lil Wayne, Tyler Perry, Cameo, Bonnie Tyler. Little Angels, Thunder and The Ultimate Eagles.
He has also featured in the Tyler Perry movie “I can do bad all by myself”, the Andre 3000 movie “Eidlewild” as well as a number of shows for Cartoon Newtork.
he is also lead guitarist for the "Tyler Perry Show" house band.
Christian has recently finished recording Bobbi Browns album and Trina Braxtons forthcoming Album.
Christian is constantly composing his own songs whilst improving his voice to that of a world class performer.
